Job summary

TalentTech Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to cover East Midlands and East Anglia, including Peterborough, Cambridge, Norfolk and Suffolk. You will drive new business, manage an existing customer portfolio, and promote a premium playground equipment range to Local Authorities, schools, parks, pubs and restaurants.

You must be a motivated B2B sales professional with field experience, a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

38,000 - 45,000, OTE 10,000 - 15,000 Bonus + Company Car

The Company recruiting for the Area Sales Manager:

This is an established, privately-owned international manufacturing group with a strong reputation across multiple industry sectors. Their Playground Equipment division continues to grow its market share and is looking to strengthen its UK sales team as a result.

The Role of Area Sales Manager:

• This ASM is a fantastic opportunity to help grow and develop a division
• A premium product range that's well received in the market, with strong potential still to be capitalised on
• Covering the East Anglia, you must live on territory
• 40% managing an established customer portfolio, 60% new business development
• Promoting a comprehensive product range to Local Authorities, Schools, Cravan Parks, Pubs, Restaurants etc
• Using CRM systems to track customer and competitor insights, and staying informed on market trends

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager:

• You’ll be a motivated and driven B2B sales professional with experience of managing a field sales territory
• Proven experience within a similar industry, with strong market knowledge of local authorities would be very desirable
• A natural relationship-builder, comfortable presenting on quality, benefits and technical features, with experience selling products or services B2B
• Highly organised, self-motivated and results-focused, thriving in an independent, field-based role
• You MUST have a full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not being offered.

The Package for the Area Sales Manager:

• 37,000 - 45,000 Basic Salary
• OTE 10,000 - 15,000
