Job: Area Sales Executive

Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)

Bonus: Monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service with over 500 branches and growing fast! We seek enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals. No car knowledge required; training provided.

Responsibilities
  • Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operations; main contact for customers.
  • Prioritize appointments and meet targets.
  • Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with back-office and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience in target-driven environments.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Organized with good IT skills.
  • Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
