As our Area Sales Executive, you'll bring ambitious e-commerce businesses into our fulfilment offering and help them scale with us. This role is technical, consultative and hands‑on – perfect for someone who understands e-commerce and loves working directly with clients. Interested? Responsibilities
  • Building, managing and converting your own high-quality sales pipeline
  • Responding to inbound enquiries within SLA and identifying businesses suited to the EVRi fulfilment model
  • Meeting sales KPIs and revenue targets across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles
  • Recording activity and managing your workflow through the EVRi CRM
  • Delivering hands‑on onboarding: system demonstrations, walkthroughs, training and set‑up
  • Ensuring new clients understand our service model, tools and customer service processes
  • Monitoring new client performance so they trade to profile within 4 weeks and are ready for handover within 6
  • Producing high‑quality written and verbal communication to support clients at every step
  • Working closely with Telesales, Field Sales and Account Management to create a smooth, cohesive customer journey
  • Collaborating with local Operations teams to ensure readiness for new client onboarding
Qualifications
  • 3 years experience in sales, account management or a related role
  • Solid understanding of e‑commerce, with fulfilment knowledge strongly desired
  • Confidence working with systems, processes and tech – this role is technical in nature
  • Familiarity with typical sales processes (pipelines, qualification, marketing touchpoints, closing, onboarding)
  • Strong communication skills and confident in client‑facing sessions and workshops
  • Creative problem‑solver with negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Comfortable analysing data and commercial performance
  • Resilient, target‑driven, positive and hungry to grow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT tools
