Job description

Area Property Operations Manager – 12685

Salary: £To be confirmed on application (our client has asked for this not to be advertised).

Location: Bristol – 4 days per week (usually Monday to Thursday) – There is some flexibility on the 1 day at home.

Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: 6 month initial contract
Clearance: BPSS (Must undergo ENHANCED BPSS)

Minimum Requirement:
• Facilities Management
• Contract & Supplier Management
• Full UK Driving License

Essential –
• You should have strong experience in property and FM disciplines and be able to demonstrate compliance with statutory, regulatory and professional requirements in previous roles.
You should have experience in:
• Managing FM services (both hard and soft)
• Commercial and financial disciplines
• Asset management, maintenance and contract & supplier management
• Managing complex customer relationships and stakeholder liaison
• Managing multi-project programmes of maintenance or capital investment

Qualifications
• IWFM
• Hold a IOSH or National Examination Board Occupational Safety Health – National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety qualification
• You should have suitable technical compliance training, e.g. L8, HV/LV.

Licences
• Full UK Driving Licence is required - APOM is required to attend sites across their Portfolio Area in the course of their duties on a daily basis that would not be practical to be reached by foot or by public transport

Highly Desirable –
• Experience with project management processes is highly desirable.
