Amazon Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to ensure site efficiency, safety and high quality while driving productivity across projects in our fulfillment network.

You will lead a team, oversee shift performance, collaborate with management to standardise practices, and mentor new managers on a day-to-day rhythm at one of our Fulfilment Centres. A degree and experience in people management, data-driven decision making, and Lean/Six Sigma experience are preferred; strong English and local language

• Experience using data to inform decisions.
• Strong English language skills and local language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level
• Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility
• Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence
• Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
