You will work on shift patterns at one of our sites, focusing on safety culture, quality, and performance. Expect routine team management, process improvements, and wide-scale contingency tasks, with mentoring of new managers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people and leading a team.
• Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in data analysis and problem solving.
