Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking an Area Manager to lead site operations, drive a culture of safety, uphold quality, and improve shift performance. You will manage teams, oversee process improvements, and collaborate with senior leaders to standardise practices across shifts.

The role involves coordinating projects, monitoring productivity, and ensuring timely delivery across the network, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
• Experience in people management
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Experience in making data driven business decisions
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal, Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
• Experience in warehouse operations and logistics or equivalent
• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment.
