Job summary

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles last mile delivery. We are seeking an Area Manager to lead a site on a shift pattern, driving safety, quality and productivity to meet customer demand.

You will manage a team, oversee process improvements, and drive cross-functional projects. You will work with management to standardise shift practices and maintain high operational standards across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Experience leading teams and managing people.
• Strong written and spoken business English abilities.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and training.
• Excellent communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.
