Responsibilities

• Provide cover and operational leadership across London stores.
• Drive sales, KPI performance and profitability.
• Lead, coach and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support stores during periods of management absence, peak trading and recruitment transitions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently delivered.
• Manage stock processes, loss prevention, and compliance standards.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and colleague development.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and regional management.
• Act as a brand ambassador across the region.
