Zachary Daniels is recruiting an Area Manager for a global consumer brand based in Woking. You will lead a portfolio of sites, coach and develop managers, and drive commercial performance using data to improve results.

This role suits an experienced multi-site leader or a graduate with a strong leadership programme, aiming for a first or second multi-site assignment. The package includes up to £70,000 salary, car allowance, bonus, and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Multi-site leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a similar sector, or a graduate with a proven leadership development background.
