Zachary Daniels is recruiting an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores in the Stockport region. You will lead and energise store teams to deliver sales, service and operational excellence across your area, maximise profitability and uphold brand standards.

We are seeking an experienced retail leader with a proven track record across multiple sites, strong coaching skills and the ability to develop talent.

• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Commercially astute with focus on sales performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams to deliver commercial and operational outcomes.
• Drive sales and profitability through business planning and execution.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to brand standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to optimise people, product, and operations.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture and succession planning.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of top talent.
• Travel within the designated area with full driving licence.
