Job summary

Clear communications and strong planning will keep performance on track, while practical problem solving ensures the area runs smoothly each day. You will collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing teams in a chilled or high care food environment.
• Ability to find solutions, think ahead and decide under pressure.
• Understanding of food safety requirements and HACCP Level 3 and IOSH Standards.
• Solid grasp of production processes, KPIs and operational planning in fast-paced settings.
• Good communication, relationship-building and fair performance management.

Responsibilities

• Guide Team Leaders to deliver the daily plan safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safety, quality and process standards and ensure they are followed consistently.
• Monitor performance, review data and drive improvements.
• Communicate openly, coach your team and support wellbeing, performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and deliver good service.
