As an Area Manager in our Deli Operations, you will lead the team to deliver work safely, on time and to the right standard. The role involves supporting people, helping them to develop and creating a positive working environment. Clear communications and good planning help keep performance on track, whilst practical problem solving ensures that the area runs smoothly each day. Collaboration with other teams is an important part of resolving issues, trialling new ideas and supporting customer needs.
