Premium Country Pubs seeks an Area Manager to lead 11 premium pubs across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. You will inspire and grow diverse teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving targets and profitability.

You will coach managers across 11 sites, maintain high standards, and champion a commercial culture with strong emphasis on teamwork and safety. A rewarding role with opportunities across our premium brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading large dispersed teams across multiple sites.
• Experience driving sales and profit growth in hospitality.
• Strong coaching and development skills for team succession.
