Connells Group in Dorset is seeking an experienced Lettings Area Manager to lead multiple branches between Bournemouth and Weymouth. You will partner with Lettings Managers to drive growth, lead teams and deliver outstanding landlord and tenant service.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will recruit, coach and develop staff, grow landlord portfolios, and ensure compliance while achieving lettings targets. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

• Proven track record of growing lettings business and delivering results.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop multi-branch teams.
• Strong landlord business generation and compliance knowledge.
