Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in Pembrokeshire is seeking an Area Manager to support 22 individuals across Pembrokeshire in supported living settings and those living in their own homes. The post holder will be required to work collaboratively with the existing Area Manager for all Local Authority Liaison and reporting requirements.

Ensuring the people we support lead fulfilled lives, promoting a culture of engagement and participation and encouraging self-determination and social inclusion.
You’ll be responsible for leading your team, ensuring compliance to safeguarding requirements and the achievement of on-going positive outcomes. You’ll uphold Cartrefi’s values in everything you do and build positive relationships internally and externally.
You’ll be responsible for budgeting for your services and monitoring cash flow. You’ll monitor, review and report on service performance to ensure alignment with our organisational goals.
