Job summary

Cartrefi Cymru is seeking an Area Manager to support our Pembrokeshire teams and drive high-quality services for people with learning disabilities. You will work with the existing Area Manager on local authority liaison and reporting, while ensuring services across Pembrokeshire meet the highest standards.

You will lead a team, oversee safeguarding compliance, monitor outcomes, manage budgets and report on performance to align with our goals, while promoting engagement and social inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a service supporting people with learning disabilities.
• NVQ 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willingness to gain.
• Experience leading a team and building relationships with a range of people.
• Ability to achieve results through managing performance.
• Digital literacy with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage services across Pembrokeshire to high standards.
• Budget for services and monitor cash flow.
• Collaborate with Area Manager on Local Authority liaison and reporting.
• Ensure safeguarding compliance and positive outcomes.
• Build positive relationships internally and externally.
