Job summary

Zohorecruit in North London is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of adult social care services. You will lead multiple services, drive quality and regulatory compliance, and develop Registered Managers to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.

You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with local authorities and healthcare professionals to improve outcomes while promoting a compassionate, values-led culture across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as Area Manager / Regional Manager / Operations Manager in care sector
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation
• Proven track record in leading and developing Registered Managers and teams
• Commercial awareness with budgets and service performance
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and relationship-building skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting vulnerable individuals
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region

• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and service performance
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
