Job summary

Vision Express is seeking an Area Manager for Scotland (South & Central) to lead multiple stores and coaching managers to deliver strong performance and consistently high standards. You will interpret data to identify opportunities and set clear priorities for the region.

You’ll influence a culture of growth and support across teams, with a focus on customer experience and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Area Manager - Scotland (South & Central)

The role:

Your leadership will help build confidence, momentum and a culture where teams feel supported and ready to grow.

Sound judgement, resilience and the ability to build strong relationships across different locations. You’re confident joining the dots in the data, bringing a clear narrative to your plans and creating conditions where teams can succeed. You know how to coach managers, make an impact and collaborate across the wider business - always with a calm, structured approach.
