Shettleston Housing Association in Glasgow is seeking an Area Housing Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive excellent, customer-focused housing management services. You will work alongside the Director of Customer and Community Services and be an integral member of the Association’s Management Team.

The successful candidate will be an experienced people manager with a track record of delivering continuous improvement, and a collaborative, self-starting approach to developing the team.

Shettleston is a community-based housing association, and a Scottish Charity, which has played a major role in the regeneration of the local area for 50 years.

As Area Housing Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, playing a key role in delivering excellent, customer focussed housing management services. You will also work alongside the Director of Customer and Community Services and be part of the Association’s Management Team.
