Area Support Chef - London - Fresh Food - Up to £17 p/h

Area Support Chefs are leaders with excellent communication and influencing skills. Creative, forward-thinking individuals who thrive under pressure and have a passion for food, standards, and team support.

You will support kitchen shifts within a designated area, reporting to your Executive Chef & Operations Manager. You need to be organized, punctual, and responsible for maintaining food standards in the kitchens, ensuring the food served consistently meets Urban Pubs & Bars standards.

You Are:

• An enthusiastic, dynamic, and experienced chef seeking a new challenge.
• Experienced with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus.
• Knowledgeable about working in a professional kitchen with a clear understanding of Health and Safety.
• Proven track record in supporting kitchen operations, controlling stock, and managing GP.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical skills.
• Efficient at spotting and resolving problems.
• Confident in communication, leadership, and motivating teams.
