Our client is seeking a talented and driven Area Head Chef to lead the kitchen team across a small group of modern, fresh‑food pubs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward‑thinking, privately‑owned hospitality group from baked goods to sauces using only the finest, freshest ingredients.

Role Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for kitchen operations across multiple sites.
  • Designing and updating seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
  • Leading and training a passionate, skilled kitchen team.
  • Cooking fresh food for between 250‑2000 covers per week.
  • Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Keeping up with trends to maintain innovation in dishes and presentation.
Working Hours & Schedule

Working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with 2 days off including at least 1 guaranteed weekend day and 2 evenings off a week.

Own transport is essential due to the multi‑site nature of the role.
