Asset Finance International is seeking an Area Development Manager to drive new SME business across multiple sectors from a home-based, field-based role in the UK, including Manchester with hybrid work.

You will identify, acquire and manage customers for asset lending, leveraging existing relationships, opening new doors, and hitting challenging targets. The position offers c£45k with uncapped commissions and a competitive package including a car allowance.

Qualifikationen

• Asset finance experience is advantageous.

We are working with an established SME asset finance provider, who are growing their field based sales team with the appointment of an additional Area Development Manager.

The role will be responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing new SME customers across a range of industry sectors, to include commercial vehicles, construction & recycling manufacturing and engineering and also softer assets.

We are looking for candidates who have proven new business development experience gained within business to business sales, who have an existing base of customers who could be leveraged to discuss lending opportunities. Asset Finance experience would be a distinct advantage, as would capital equipment sales experience, however the ability to open doors, build relationships and achieve targets is most important.

This is a home based, field based role requiring a high degree of self motivation, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
