Job summary

Glen Group is recruiting an experienced Area Cleaning supervisor to assist the Area Cleaning Manager with our on-site cleaning teams across a growing portfolio of 21 prestige sites in the M3/M4 Corridor, Alderholt, Farnborough and surrounding areas. You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week at £15.50 per hour, with shifts between 6am and 8pm.

A Full UK Driving Licence, Enhanced DBS Check, and 5 years address history are required; SC clearance will be applied for before starting.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS Check.
• 5 years address history required; Airport Clearance and SC Clearance will be applied for before starting.
• Experience in cleaning industry and supervision is essential.
• Must be available to work 6am–8pm, Mon–Fri, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Cover cleaning, short-notice sickness & holidays.
• Plan site visits with Area Manager.
• Plan staff holidays.
• Deal with on-site issues and correct cleaning problems.
• Carry out on-site audits with clients.
• Communicate with clients.
• Train new starters and refresh training for staff.
• Be flexible on working times and cover Area Manager’s annual leave.
• Work closely with Area Manager.

Glen Group are recruiting for an experienced Area Cleaning supervisor, to assist our Area Cleaning Manager with our on-site cleaning teams over a growing portfolio of around currently 21 prestige sites (Warehouses, Office's & Education settings) in the M3/M4 Corridor, Alderholt, Farnborough & surrounding area's.

You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week at £15.50 per hour.

Due to the different shift times within the portfolio, you must be available to work between the hours of 6am-8pm.

To be successful in the application process, you need to have a Full UK Driving License & be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check.

You will also need to be able to provide 5 years address history as Airport Clearance along with SC Clearance will be required & applied for before starting.
