About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Mobile Area Supervisor to join our team in the London area. This permanent full-time role involves overseeing cleaning operations across multiple sites within your designated area, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor performance, assess cleaning needs, and address any issues.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within the allocated time frame and in line with company standards.
• Manage site-specific inventory, ensuring cleaning supplies are fully stocked and used efficiently.
• Support the training and development of cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in facilities or cleaning services is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
• Proactive, reliable, and organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
