Cleaning Supervisor (Tilbrook, Milton Keynes)

CS Cleaning (Milton Keynes) Ltd is currently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join us.

Hours and Pay

• Hours: 17:00 - 19:00
• Pay: £12.50 per hour (Paid biweekly on Fridays)
• Days: Monday - Friday

Location and Duties

Type of premises: Offices, Warehouse, Walkways, Restrooms.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience required.
• Supervisory experience essential.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions promptly.
• Must be able to travel to and from the work site.

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite cleaning staff.
• Train new starters and conduct inductions.
• Recruit staff for the site.
• Manage and oversee timesheets.
• Handle holiday requests from operatives.
• Coordinate with the Client Support Manager regarding operational cleaning.
