Cleaning Supervisor (Tilbrook, Milton Keynes)

CS Cleaning (Milton Keynes) Ltd is currently looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join us.

HOURS: 17.00 - 19:00.
PAY: £12.50 per hour (Payday every 2 weeks Friday).
DAYS: Monday - Friday.
TYPE: Offices/Warehouse Offices/Walkways/Restrooms.

WHAT'S NEEDED:

• Must have cleaning experience.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to implement instructions immediately.
• Must be able to self-travel to/from work.

The Role:

• Oversee onsite cleaning staff.
• Train new starters (induction to site).
• Recruit for the site.
• Manage the timesheets of operatives.
• Handle holiday requests of operatives.
• Liaise with your Client Support Manager regarding operational cleaning.
• Stock control of cleaning supplies and equipment.
