Job summary

AZTRUM is partnering with a Reigate architectural practice to appoint a motivated Architectural Technologist/Technician. The role focuses on producing detailed technical drawings and ensuring compliance with UK regulations, planning policies and building controls.

You will coordinate with consultants and contractors, supporting planning applications and submissions through RIBA stages 0–4. Reigate-based position with up to £45,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
• Experience producing technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (desirable).
• Proven track record working through RIBA stages 0–4.
