Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Architectural Technology.
• Working towards CIAT chartership.
• Post-qualification experience as Architectural Technologist in a UK practice.
• Proficient with Revit.
• Experience managing projects across various sectors.
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a multidisciplinied design team and provide technical design solutions to the project.
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion.
• Submit planning and building regulation applications.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met.
• Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects.
