Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead on a broad range of projects for an AJ100 practice. You will join a team delivering high-profile schemes across the UK, contributing to design excellence and project leadership.

You will produce project information from RIBA stages 4 and onwards, manage information flows with the design team and consultants, and drive successful delivery through regular design team and site meetings, issuing working drawing

Qualifications

• Relevant degree within architectural technology.
• Significant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice.
• Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Job running experience and ability to lead on large projects.
• Excellent technical detailing skills and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce project information from RIBA stages 4 and onwards.
• Manage information flow across the design team and consultants.
• Carry out design team and site meetings to ensure successful project delivery.
• Issue working drawing packs throughout the project lifecycle.
