Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their Manchester studio. You will manage residential projects from inception to completion, and handle planning submissions, site visits, and detailed drawings. A strong Revit skillset and knowledge of UK building regulations are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Architectural Technology
Post-qualification experience in architectural technology
Proficiency with Revit is essential
Experience on residential or commercial projects
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver on residential projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
