Job summary

Stockport Nub News is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist for a well-established Stockport practice. In a Revit-led environment you will contribute to technical delivery from planning through to construction, producing detailed drawing packages and coordinating information with architects, consultants and clients.

The role covers Residential, Education, Commercial and University projects; 2+ years UK experience required with strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a UK Architectural Practice.
• Strong Revit knowledge and experience producing technical information.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction technology.
• Experience working on projects through planning to technical delivery/construction.
• Good communication and collaboration with architects, consultants and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
• Produce, develop and coordinate detailed project information using Revit.
• Prepare technical drawing packages, including General Arrangement drawings and construction details.
• Coordinate information between architects, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Develop specifications and assist with design development and construction phases.
• Attend design team meetings, client meetings and site visits where required.
