Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist in Stockport to join a well-established, RIBA Chartered practice. You will produce and coordinate technical information, develop detailed drawings, and support projects from planning through to construction in a collaborative team.

The role uses Revit, involves interaction with architects, consultants and clients, and offers training, development and a positive work-life balance with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a UK architectural practice.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and producing technical information.
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction technology.
• Experience taking projects from planning through to technical delivery.
• Good communication with architects, consultants and clients.
• Qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent experience.
• Residential, Education, Commercial or Healthcare sector exposure welcomed.
• Proactive, organized and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical delivery from planning to completion.
• Produce and coordinate detailed project information using Revit.
• Prepare technical drawing packages and construction details.
• Coordinate information between architects, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Contribute to NBS specifications and resolve technical queries.
• Attend design team, client meetings and site visits as required.
• Develop technical solutions in line with Building Regulations.
• Support delivery of projects through to construction and completion.
• Collaborate with the wider team and share knowledge.
