Bennett And Game Recruitment represents a well-established architectural practice in Stockport seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead technical delivery from planning through to site handover. The role emphasizes Revit proficiency, coordination with consultants and clients, and robust detailing across residential, education and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a UK Architectural Practice with strong technical delivery.
• Excellent proficiency in Revit and producing detailed technical information.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction technology and detailing.
• Proven experience taking responsibility for technical project delivery and/or job running.
• Experience producing and managing NBS specifications advantageous.
• Confident dealing with technical queries from clients, consultants and contractors.
• Comfortable attending site and resolving technical issues during construction.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to act as a senior technical contact.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the technical delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
• Produce, coordinate and manage detailed technical information using Revit.
• Prepare detailed technical drawing packages, including GA drawings and construction details.
• Coordinate technical information between design team, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Respond to technical queries and resolve issues arising during project delivery and on site.
• Prepare and manage NBS specifications and associated documentation.
• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
• Attend and contribute to design team meetings, client meetings and site visits.
