Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an Architectural Technologist for a Central Birmingham office. The role focuses on BIM-led project delivery, coordinating technical information and producing coordinated drawing packages.

You will work across RIBA Stages 3 onwards with a mix of commercial, residential and industrial projects, using Revit and other 3D tools. Hybrid working and a competitive salary are on offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' post-qualification experience in a related role.
• Proven track record delivering technically complex projects through construction stages.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from developed design through construction.
• Coordinate with external design practices, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Develop and manage project information using BIM processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain communication across delivery stages.
• Attend design team meetings, workshops and site meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and quality procedures.
• Assist in drawing package production and coordination.
• Contribute to project delivery using Revit within an BIM-accredited environment.
