Job summary

Ignis Partners is seeking an experienced Architect, Technologist or Technician to join the Residential team and take projects from Stage 4 into technical delivery.

You will bring strong interior detailing experience on high-end residential schemes and collaborate within a wider project team, with hybrid working and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as an Architect, Technologist or Technician.
• Residential experience, ideally high-end residential, from Stage 4 onwards.
• Experience developing detailed design for interiors.
• Higher Risk Building design experience preferred.
• Strong presenter, good communicator and team player.
• Sound understanding of current design standards and regulations.
• Proficient in Revit, rendering and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on residential projects from Stage 4 onwards.

The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Architect, Technologist or Technician to join their Residential team, taking projects from Stage 4 onwards into technical delivery. Ideally, you'll bring strong interior detailing experience, developing detailed design work on high-end high-rise residential schemes.
