Job summary

AtkinsRealis Birmingham is seeking an Architectural Technologist to lead design deliverables on high-profile projects across education, commercial, energy and residential sectors. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, taking ownership from concept through detail design to on-site delivery.

The role requires a RIBA Part 3 or CIAT accreditation and solid experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM processes.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part 3 qualification or CIAT accreditation with relevant years’ experience.
• Experience on complex projects across Education, Commercial, Energy, Defence and Residential sectors.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and high design standards.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline teams from concept through to site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects, leading deliverables and driving design excellence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
• Grow professionally through mentorship and challenging project opportunities.
• Ensure design coordination, interface resolution, clash detection and on-site execution.
