Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a motivated Technical Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our London and Epsom Studios, advancing technical design from concept through construction within a multidisciplinary environment. You will work closely with Architects, Engineers and specialists to ensure buildable, compliant solutions across diverse sectors.

Ideal candidates are Chartered CIAT or ARB registered, with strong Revit BIM Level 2 experience and a proven track record delivering complex

Qualifications

Chartered CIAT member or ARB registered architect with strong technical delivery capability.
Experience translating concepts into detailed, buildable designs across multiple sectors.
Proven ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and manage technical interfaces.

Responsibilities

Deliver robust, coordinated technical design solutions that align with architectural intent.
Develop detailed design information across RIBA Stages 2‑4 with construction stage support.
Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to resolve clashes and interfaces.
Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and project standards.
Produce and review technical drawings, schedules and specifications to high quality.
Support BIM delivery, model coordination and information management per project standards.
Mentor junior team members in technical development and information delivery.
Contribute to project delivery safely, efficiently and on programme.
