- ARB Part 3 qualified architect with post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning.
- Ability to lead design delivery within a multi-disciplinary studio.
- Proven track record delivering projects from concept to site.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and BIM management.
- Good communication, organisation and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design delivery of projects with varying complexity.
- Develop designs rooted in strong narrative and technical delivery.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver major opportunities.
- Manage information, model federation, clash detection and interface management.
