Job summary

Konker is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its award-winning Nottingham studio. You’ll produce detailed technical drawings and construction information, coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors, and guide projects through delivery using UK Building Regulations.

The ideal candidate holds CIAT or equivalent, has UK practice experience, strong BIM and 3D modelling skills, and is able to manage multiple live projects with clear communication and buildability focus.

Qualifications

• CIAT or similar qualification required.
• Strong BIM and 3D modelling skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of UK Building Regulations and CDM.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed technical drawing packages and construction information for live projects.
• Coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors through technical and construction stages.
• Applying UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements.
• Working with BIM software as part of a BIM-led delivery approach.
• Supporting site queries and project delivery on live schemes.
• Contributing to specifications, detailing and buildability decisions.
