Job summary

Baily Garner is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join the Architecture team in Sale/Manchester. The candidate will deliver coordinated technical drawings, manage project information, and work across varied project sectors with high-Risk Building experience preferred.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, BIM tools, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with production, coordination and delivery of construction information across sectors.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical delivery.
• Experience on High-Risk Building projects is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
