Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years' post-Part 3 experience.
• Proven track record of leading projects from concept through to completion.
• Experience in residential, large-scale or housing-led developments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through to completion, balancing client aspirations, commercial objectives and technical requirements.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate project teams across RIBA work stages.
• Deliver high-quality design solutions in a BIM-enabled environment.
