Premises Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a London architectural practice to hire an Architectural Technologist. The role focuses on production work for high-end residential schemes across London, with emphasis on technical packages and construction drawings.

Remote work is offered with occasional meetings in London. You will collaborate with directors on Belgravia, Kensington and Islington projects, delivering detailed packages at Stages 3–5 and supporting the growing workload as projects

Qualifications

• Background as an Architectural Technologist or technical architect.
• Experience producing technical packages through Stages 3 to 5.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawing packages, details and plans.
• Work primarily at RIBA Stages 4 and 5, with some Stage 3 input.
• Turn project information into clear, accurate construction drawings.
• Work in AutoCAD.
• Support live projects as the workload builds.
