Job summary

Recruit Build is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join the Design Team on UK-based residential projects, including large-scale and high-rise developments. You will be supported by an experienced team and contribute to technical design, drawing production, and planning submissions.

The ideal candidate has residential housing experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and a willingness to utilize Revit.

Qualifications

• Residential/Housing experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stages 2–6 for new build and refurbishment residential schemes.
• Produce 3D Revit models from concept design to construction issue information.
• Manage multiple projects, producing working drawings/specifications and reviewing others' work.
• Create planning, building control and construction issue drawings.
