? What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing technical drawing packages (Revit + AutoCAD)
• Ensuring compliance with regs (UK Building Regs, NHBC, CDM 2015)
• Site inspections and issuing instructions
• Surveying existing buildings
• Managing drawing organisation and backups

? What They’re Looking For

• Around 5 years of in-practice experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD + Revit (non-negotiable)
• Experience in social housing and healthcare ideal
• Good understanding of UK building regs and planning
