Architectural Technologist & Technical Architect - Fully remote, outside IR35

g2 is working with an industry leader within the extra care / care home sector that is currently experiencing a large influx in work and is looking for multiple contractors.

Given time constraints, they are happy to consider bringing in fully remote staff (software supplied) on an initial 6-month contract, outside IR35.

The ideal candidate:

• Has technical expertise, with the ability to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Has experience with a mixed project background, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Possesses relevant accreditation (CIAT or MCIAT) — preferred but not essential
