Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established, design-focused architectural practice based in Leeds, seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join their close-knit team. Their growth is driven by a strong pipeline of projects and expansion plans.

Our client comprises talented Architects, Technologists, and Engineers, involved in all project phases from initial meetings to project completion. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members, assisting with technical aspects across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects, encompassing both new builds and refurbishments.

• Assist in day-to-day project delivery, collaborating with the architectural team
• Work through all RIBA work stages across sectors
• Assist in producing working drawings, schedules, specifications, and building regulation information
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and building control
• Engage in projects within Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors
• Use Revit and AutoCAD daily
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Create building regulation drawings and technical details
• Collaborate closely with clients and contractors
• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD required
• A strong portfolio is preferred
• Experience across all RIBA stages
• BSc Hons, HNC, or equivalent in Architectural Technology
• Understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations
• Live within commuting distance of Leeds
• High-level technical detailing skills
