Position Overview:

We seek a motivated and experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist with a strong technical background and attention to detail, experienced in residential projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and team members to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Conduct site visits and surveys.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Use CAD and other tools for technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
• Support during construction phases.

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD and relevant design tools.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in writing NBS specifications and technical details.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and planning legislation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and project management skills.
• Chartered membership with CIAT preferred.
• Living near Gargrave and hold a UK driving license with own vehicle.
