Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist/Technician with over 5 years of experience to join a friendly, small to medium-sized Architectural Practice in West Yorkshire.

The role involves working on new build schemes, primarily Care Homes, as well as Commercial, Industrial, and bespoke Residential projects like Mill conversions. You will collaborate with colleagues and management, meet clients, prepare tender and working drawing packages, and participate in design and site meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

Person Specification:

You should have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, be fully proficient with Revit, and be enthusiastic, confident, and proactive in delivering architectural services.
