You will be joining a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy as an Architectural Technologist, joining a team of 60 staff members that includes structural, civil, and architectural professionals. The company has built its impressive portfolio solely through recommendations and word of mouth, demonstrating their ability to consistently deliver outstanding projects that impress their clients. Project sectors include healthcare, education, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.

As an Architectural Technologist, your responsibilities will include:

1. Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional architectural methods to develop building plans and designs.
2. Examining space and site requirements.
3. Reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
4. Negotiating effective technological solutions with investors.
5. Preparing budgets and estimating material costs.
6. Liaising with clients.
7. Working across all RIBA stages.

Minimum requirements for consideration:

1. A degree in Architectural Technology or a relevant field.
2. Proficiency with Revit.
3. At least 3 years of UK working experience as an Architectural Technologist.
4. Experience working within the manufacturing sector (Desirable).
